This study is testing a new experimental medicine called TOS-358 to see how safe and effective it is for treating advanced breast cancer. It specifically focuses on patients whose cancer has a certain genetic change, known as a PIK3CA mutation, which helps fuel the tumor's growth.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older and have HR+ HER2- metastatic breast cancer that has been confirmed to have a PIK3CA genetic mutation. You should have received no more than three prior treatments for your advanced cancer and must not have active cancer in the brain or spinal cord.
Participants will take the experimental drug TOS-358 orally. Depending on the study phase, you might take it alone to determine the best dose or alongside standard treatments like hormone therapy and targeted therapies to see how well they work together.
