This trial is for adults 18 or older with advanced breast, lung, or other specific cancers that have spread to the brain. You must have already tried at least one other whole-body treatment, be able to handle daily tasks on your own, and meet specific health criteria related to your brain and spine.
Participants will receive a combination of two study drugs while being closely monitored by a medical team. You will undergo regular check-ups, including MRI scans of the brain, to see how your body is responding to the treatment.
