A Phase 1/2, Multi-Center, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Anti-tumor Activity of TNG462 as a Single Agent and in Combination in Patients With MTAP-deleted Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called TNG462 to see if it can safely help fight solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called an MTAP deletion. By targeting this missing protein, researchers hope to find a more effective way to treat advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatments.

This study is looking for adults (18+) with advanced solid tumors who have already tried standard treatments. Participants must be active, physically healthy enough for daily activities, and have lab results confirming their tumor is missing the MTAP protein.

Participants will take the study drug, TNG462, as a pill. Some participants may also receive pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy drug that helps the immune system attack cancer cells, and you will be closely monitored by doctors throughout the study to track your safety and the drug's effectiveness.

This study is currently recruiting at specific centers in Palo Alto, California; Grand Junction, Colorado; and Lake Mary, Florida. Please speak with your doctor to see if one of these locations is an option for you.
