A Phase 1/2 Open-label Study of Debio 0123 in Combination With Temozolomide in Adult Participants With Recurrent or Progressive Glioblastoma and of Debio 0123 in Combination With Temozolomide and Radiotherapy in Adult Participants With Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma

This study is testing an experimental drug called Debio 0123 to see if it can help treat glioblastoma, a fast-growing type of brain tumor. Researchers want to find the safest and most effective way to combine this new drug with standard treatments like chemotherapy and radiation.

This study is for adults 18 and older who have been diagnosed with glioblastoma. You must be in good enough health to tolerate treatment, have stable blood counts, and be willing to follow the study's schedule of appointments and tests.

Participants will receive the experimental drug alongside standard treatments like temozolomide and radiotherapy. You will visit the clinic regularly so doctors can monitor your health, perform scans, and see how your body reacts to the combination of medicines.

This study is currently recruiting patients at specific medical centers in Chicago and New York. It is an ongoing trial, and you can speak with your oncology team to see if one of these locations is an option for you.
