A Phase 1, 2-Part, Multicenter, First-In-Human Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion Study of DS-1103a Combination Therapy in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors
This research study is testing a new combination of two cancer medications called DS-1103a and T-DXd. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and effective at treating advanced solid tumors that have specific markers.
You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have an advanced solid tumor that contains specific proteins or gene mutations. You also need to have measurable tumor sites and be willing to provide a tissue sample for testing.
During the study, you will receive the experimental medications and undergo regular medical check-ups and scans to monitor your health and how your tumor responds to the treatment. The team will closely watch for any side effects to ensure your safety throughout the process.
This study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Sarasota, Florida; Providence, Rhode Island; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
