This trial is for adults (18+) with advanced solid tumors that have a specific PI3Kα mutation. Participants must be generally healthy enough to carry out daily activities and have tumor tissue available for genetic testing.
You will go through a 28-day screening process to see if you are a good match for the trial. Depending on the study group, you will receive either the new drug alone or in combination with other established hormone or cancer therapies.
