A Phase 1/2a, Multicenter, Open-Label, First in Human Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Antitumor Activity of DB-1310 in Subjects With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental cancer drug called DB-1310 to see how safe it is and how well it works for people with advanced solid tumors. It is an early-stage study aimed at finding the right dose of this new treatment to help patients who have run out of other options.

You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have advanced cancer that has not responded well to standard treatments. You must be able to perform your daily activities and have a measurable tumor, while also meeting specific heart health requirements.

During the study, you will receive the experimental drug, potentially alongside other established therapies, while researchers closely monitor your health and any side effects. You will undergo regular medical check-ups, scans, and tests to see how your tumor responds to the treatment.

This study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Sacramento and Santa Monica, California, as well as Coral Gables, Florida. Because it is a clinical trial, the exact schedule of visits will be explained to you by the research team.
