A Phase 1/1b Open-label, Multicenter Clinical Study of MK-0472 as Monotherapy and Combination Therapy in Participants With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors.

This study is testing a new experimental drug, MK-0472, to see how well it works—either alone or with other cancer treatments—for people with advanced or spreading solid tumors. Researchers want to find out if these combinations can safely help stop or shrink tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.

You may be eligible if you have a biopsy-confirmed solid tumor that has spread, have specific genetic markers in your cancer, and have already tried standard treatments. People with well-managed HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C are also welcome to join if their conditions are stable.

You will receive either the new drug MK-0472 alone or in combination with other medications like pembrolizumab or MK-1084. Doctors will monitor your health closely throughout the study to check for side effects and see how your cancer responds to the treatment.

This study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; and Hackensack, New Jersey. Please speak with your oncologist to see if a center near you is a good fit for your care.
