This study is testing a combination of three different drugs to treat newly diagnosed, high-risk mantle cell lymphoma. By combining these treatments, doctors hope to find a more effective way to stop the growth of this aggressive type of white blood cell cancer.
This study is open to adults between the ages of 18 and 80 who have been newly diagnosed with high-risk mantle cell lymphoma. Participants must be willing to provide their medical history and consent to using previously collected tumor samples for research.
Participants will receive a combination of medications designed to target cancer cells and boost the immune system. You will also undergo regular health checks, such as blood tests, imaging scans, and bone marrow assessments, to track how well the treatment is working.
