A Phase 1/2, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of TNG260 as Single Agent and in Combination With an Anti-PD-1 Antibody In Patients With STK11 Mutated Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called TNG260, both alone and combined with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination can effectively fight advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called an STK11 mutation.

This trial is for adults 18 and older who have been diagnosed with an advanced solid tumor that has an STK11 genetic mutation. Participants must be generally healthy enough to carry out normal daily activities and have tumors that can be clearly measured on scans.

Participants will receive the study treatment under close medical supervision to track safety and effectiveness. The treatment will continue as long as it is helping, the side effects are manageable, and the patient chooses to stay in the study.

The study is currently active but not recruiting new participants. Locations include Santa Monica (California), Denver (Colorado), and Sarasota (Florida).
