Genetically-informed Therapy for ER+ Breast Cancer in a Post-CDK4/6 Inhibitor Setting: a Phase II Umbrella Study (GERTRUDE)

This study is looking for better ways to treat advanced breast cancer that is sensitive to hormones. It aims to find effective new drug combinations for patients who have already tried standard treatments like CDK4/6 inhibitors.

You may be eligible if you are a post-menopausal woman with advanced hormone-sensitive breast cancer that has stopped responding to CDK4/6 inhibitors. Participants must meet specific health criteria and cannot have received certain experimental treatments in the last three weeks.

Participants will receive a specific combination of targeted therapies or hormone-blocking drugs tailored to their cancer's genetic profile. Doctors will monitor your progress closely to see how well these treatments work to slow or stop the growth of the cancer.

This study is currently recruiting new participants and is located at Dartmouth Cancer Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Your medical team will explain the full schedule of visits and what to expect during your care.
