A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo- and Active-Comparator-Controlled Clinical Study of Adjuvant V940 (mRNA-4157) Plus Pembrolizumab Versus Adjuvant Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With High-Risk Stage II-IV Melanoma (INTerpath-001)

This study is testing a personalized cancer vaccine combined with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and better at preventing high-risk skin melanoma from returning compared to pembrolizumab alone.

You may be able to join if you have had high-risk skin melanoma removed by surgery within the last 13 weeks and currently show no signs of the disease. Participants must not have received other whole-body treatments like chemotherapy for this melanoma.

Participants will receive either the customized cancer vaccine or an inactive placeholder, along with the pembrolizumab immunotherapy drug. Your health will be closely monitored by the medical team throughout the study to check your progress and safety.

The study has locations in the United States, including Arkansas and California. Currently, this study is active but not recruiting new participants.
