A Phase II, Open-Label, Multicenter, Randomized Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Adjuvant Autogene Cevumeran Plus Atezolizumab and mFOLFIRINOX Versus mFOLFIRINOX Alone in Patients With Resected Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

This study is testing a special personalized cancer vaccine combined with immunotherapy and standard chemotherapy to see if it helps prevent pancreatic cancer from returning after surgery. Researchers want to find out if adding these new treatments works better than chemotherapy alone.

You might be able to join if you had surgery to remove pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and no cancer is left in your body. You also must not have received any previous cancer treatments like chemotherapy or radiation for this condition.

Depending on which group you are placed in, you will either receive standard chemotherapy alone or combined with a personalized cancer vaccine and an immunotherapy drug. Your health team will closely monitor your safety and recovery throughout the process.

The study is currently active and taking place at multiple locations in California, including Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and San Francisco. It is not actively recruiting new participants at this time.
