A Phase II, Open-Label, Multicenter, Randomized Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Adjuvant Autogene Cevumeran Plus Atezolizumab and mFOLFIRINOX Versus mFOLFIRINOX Alone in Patients With Resected Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

This study is testing if a personalized cancer vaccine and an immunotherapy drug, when added to standard chemotherapy, can better prevent pancreatic cancer from returning after surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can help train your immune system to fight any remaining cancer cells more effectively.

You may be eligible if you have recently had surgery to remove a pancreatic tumor and have no remaining signs of cancer. You must not have received any previous chemotherapy or radiation for this condition and need to be in good enough health to safely receive the study treatments.

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy combined with a personalized cancer vaccine and an immunotherapy drug. Throughout the study, your medical team will closely monitor your health and recovery through regular check-ups and blood tests.

The study is currently recruiting patients at various medical centers in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and San Francisco, California.
