A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase 2 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Sutetinib Maleate Capsule in Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC (Uncommon EGFR Mutations Only)
This study is testing a new medication called Sutetinib Maleate for people with a specific type of lung cancer. Researchers want to see if this pill can effectively slow or stop the growth of tumors that have rare EGFR genetic changes.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older and have advanced lung cancer with a specific, uncommon genetic mutation. You also need to be mobile and generally able to perform your daily activities on your own.
Participants will take the Sutetinib Maleate medication by mouth as directed by the study team. You will have regular check-ups and scans to see how well the medicine is working and to monitor your overall health.
The study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Glendale and La Jolla, California, as well as Tampa, Florida. Please speak with your doctor to see if one of these centers is right for you.
