A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo- and Active-Comparator-Controlled Clinical Study of Adjuvant V940 (mRNA-4157) Plus Pembrolizumab Versus Adjuvant Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With Resected Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (N2) Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (INTerpath-002)

This study is testing a personalized cancer vaccine combined with immunotherapy to see if it helps prevent lung cancer from returning after surgery. It aims to determine if this new treatment combination works better than standard immunotherapy alone for patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer.

You may be eligible if you recently had surgery to remove stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer and have finished your follow-up chemotherapy. Participants must be cancer-free after surgery and meet specific health criteria regarding prior treatments and medical history.

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the experimental cancer vaccine plus immunotherapy or a placebo plus immunotherapy. You will be closely monitored by your medical team to see how well the treatment prevents cancer from coming back.
