A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo- and Active-Comparator-Controlled Clinical Study of Adjuvant V940 (mRNA-4157) Plus Pembrolizumab Versus Adjuvant Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With Resected Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (N2) Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (INTerpath-002)

This study tests a personalized vaccine-like therapy combined with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab after lung cancer surgery. Doctors want to see if this combination helps prevent the cancer from returning better than standard treatment alone.

You may be able to join if you had surgery to completely remove Stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer, already finished chemotherapy, and have no remaining signs of cancer. Certain prior treatments, health conditions, or types of lung cancer will mean you cannot participate.

Participants will receive either the personalized study vaccine or an inactive placebo, along with pembrolizumab, to see how well it helps keep the cancer away. Your doctors will carefully monitor your health and check your progress throughout the study.

The study has locations in places like Alaska and Arizona in the United States. It is currently active, which means it is underway for enrolled patients but is not actively looking for new participants.
