A Phase I/Ib Study of Olaparib and ASTX727 in BRCA1/2- and HRD-mutated Tumors
This study is testing a combination of two oral medications, Olaparib and ASTX727, to see if they can effectively stop the growth of advanced solid tumors. It is designed for patients whose cancer is linked to specific gene mutations that affect how the body repairs DNA.
You may be eligible if you have an advanced solid tumor and a confirmed genetic mutation in one of the following genes: BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, ATM, or CHEK2. You must also be able to swallow pills and have finished other recent cancer treatments.
Participants will take the study medications orally as directed by the research team. You will be closely monitored for side effects and to see how your cancer responds to this new combination of treatments.
The study is currently recruiting new participants and is taking place in San Francisco, California.
