This study is testing a new oral medication for people with advanced solid tumors that are missing a specific gene called MTAP. By targeting this missing gene, researchers hope to stop the cancer from growing when standard treatments have not worked.
This trial is for adults with advanced cancer who have already tried at least one standard treatment. You must have a confirmed test showing your tumor is missing the MTAP gene and be healthy enough to perform your daily activities.
You will take the study medication by mouth, either alone or in combination with another experimental drug. The research team will closely monitor your safety and how well the treatment works through regular clinic visits and scans.
The study is taking place at medical centers in Lake Mary, Florida; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Maumee, Ohio. This study is currently active but is no longer looking for new participants.
