This study is testing a new way to treat advanced skin cancer (melanoma) that has continued to grow after previous standard immunotherapy treatments. Researchers want to see if adding a new viral therapy to standard immune-boosting drugs can help the body fight the cancer more effectively.
This trial is for people aged 12 and older with advanced melanoma that could not be removed by surgery or has spread. You may be eligible if your cancer kept growing after receiving specific immunotherapy treatments known as anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4 therapies.
Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination of a viral therapy and nivolumab, or a treatment chosen by their doctor from a list of standard options. You will be closely monitored by a team of specialists to track how your cancer responds to the treatment.
