A Phase 1 Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of BL-M07D1 in Subjects With HER2 Expressing Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called BL-M07D1 to see if it is safe and effective for people with advanced cancers that produce a protein called HER2. Researchers hope this treatment will offer a new option for patients who have already tried standard therapies without success.

This study is for adults 18 or older with advanced solid tumors, such as breast, lung, stomach, or ovarian cancer, that express the HER2 protein. You must have already tried at least two other treatments or be unable to receive standard therapy, and you must have a generally good physical condition.

Participants will receive the experimental drug while doctors closely monitor their safety and how their body reacts to the medication. You will need to provide tumor tissue samples for testing and undergo regular medical imaging scans to measure how the cancer responds to the treatment.
