A Phase Ia/Ib Study of the Combination of the FGFR Inhibitor Pemigatinib and the EGFR Inhibitor Afatinib in Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors

This study is testing a combination of two targeted medicines, Afatinib and Pemigatinib, to see if they can effectively shrink advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes. The goal is to find the right dosage that is both safe and helpful for patients whose cancer has not responded to other treatments.

You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old and have an advanced tumor that has been shown by testing to have a specific FGFR gene mutation. Participants must be able to swallow pills and remain physically active enough to carry out daily tasks.

You will receive the study drugs as pills and will be closely monitored by the research team to ensure you are tolerating the medication well. Because this is a dose-finding study, you will have regular check-ups to track how your cancer responds to the treatment and to manage any potential side effects.
