An Open-label, Phase I/IIa First-in-human, Dose Escalation and Cohort Expansion Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic, Pharmacodynamic and Antitumour Activity of ERK1/2 Inhibitor IPN01194 as Single Agent in Adult Participants With Advanced Solid Tumours

This study is testing a new experimental pill called IPN01194 to see how it affects various advanced solid tumors. It aims to find the right dose and learn how safe and effective this medicine is for people whose cancer has spread and isn't responding to standard treatments.

This study is for adults aged 18 and older with specific advanced cancers that have certain genetic changes, known as MAPKm mutations. Participants must be able to perform their daily activities independently and have tumors that can be clearly seen on scans.

Everyone in the study will take the experimental drug by mouth as a pill. Researchers will carefully monitor you throughout the process to check your health, see how your body reacts to the medicine, and measure how the tumor responds to the treatment.

The study currently has locations in Los Angeles, New Haven, and Nashville. It is marked as 'Active, Not Recruiting,' meaning the study is ongoing, but they are not currently looking for new participants.
