A Phase 1a/1b Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of BBO-8520 in Subjects With Advanced KRASG12C Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer - The ONKORAS-101 Study

This study is testing a new experimental medication called BBO-8520 to see how well it fights a specific type of lung cancer. It focuses on patients whose tumors have a genetic change called KRAS G12C, which helps researchers find new ways to treat cancer that has spread.

This trial is for people with advanced or spreading lung cancer that has the KRAS G12C mutation and cannot be removed by surgery. You must also be able to handle your daily activities and have tumors that doctors can clearly measure on scans.

Participants will receive either the new medication on its own or in combination with other treatments to see how safe they are and how they affect the cancer. Your medical team will closely monitor you throughout the process to track your health and how the treatment is working.
