A Phase 1, Open-label, Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion, Multicenter Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Preliminary Efficacy of ZE46-0134 in Adults With FLT3 Mutated or Spliceosome Mutated Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

This study is testing a new experimental drug called ZE46-0134 for adults with a specific type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia, or AML. The main goal is to see if this medicine is safe and helps patients whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to other treatments.

You may be able to join if you are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with AML that has specific genetic mutations and has returned or not responded to previous treatments. Your study doctor will need to confirm your genetic test results before you can enroll.

Participants will receive the study drug ZE46-0134 while doctors carefully monitor their health, side effects, and how well the treatment works against the cancer. Because this is an early-phase study, researchers are testing different doses to find the safest and most effective amount.

The study is currently open and actively recruiting patients at multiple medical centers in cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Atlanta. Ask your care team if a location near you is available.
