You may be eligible if you are at least 18 years old, have an advanced solid tumor with the specific TP53 Y220C mutation, and have already tried at least one standard cancer treatment. You also need to be physically active enough to manage daily tasks on your own.

The study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Denver (Colorado), Lake Mary (Florida), and St. Louis (Missouri).
