A Study of PARG Inhibitor ETX-19477 in Patients With Advanced Solid Malignancies

What is this study?

This study is testing a new experimental drug called ETX-19477 to see if it can safely and effectively treat advanced solid tumors. Researchers are looking for better ways to help patients when their cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatments.

Who can participate?

This study is for adults with advanced cancers—such as breast, ovarian, prostate, or colorectal cancer—that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. People with BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene changes are especially encouraged to apply, provided they are generally active and healthy enough for treatment.

What will happen?

Participants will receive the study drug and undergo regular check-ups to see how the medicine affects their body and their cancer. Doctors will monitor you closely using physical exams and imaging tests, like CT or MRI scans, to see how you are responding to the treatment.
