This study is testing a new experimental medicine, PF-07934040, to see how safely and effectively it can treat advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The researchers want to find the best dose of this medicine, either on its own or paired with other existing cancer therapies.
This trial is for adults with advanced cancers—such as lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer—that have not responded to or have returned after previous treatments. Participants must have a confirmed KRAS mutation and be physically well enough to carry out daily activities.
You will take the study pill twice a day in cycles lasting 21 or 28 days. Depending on your group, you may also receive other cancer treatments through an IV at the clinic, and your health will be closely monitored by the medical team throughout the study.
The study currently has locations in Fayetteville, Rogers, and Springdale, Arkansas. It is currently active but is not enrolling new participants at this time.
