An Open-label, Multi-Center, Phase 2 Clinical Trial Evaluating Sapanisertib and Serabelisib (PIKTOR) With Paclitaxel, and a Substudy Evaluating PIKTOR With Paclitaxel Plus an Insulin-Suppressing Diet, in Patients With Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer

This study is testing a combination of targeted cancer medications and standard chemotherapy for women with advanced or returning uterine cancer. Researchers want to see how well these new drug combinations work to fight the cancer while keeping patients safe.

You may be able to join if you have advanced or returning uterine cancer that has a specific genetic change and has been previously treated with standard therapies like chemotherapy and immunotherapy. There are some health and medical history requirements, such as not having active cancer spreading to the brain.

Participants will receive a combination of targeted medicines and a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel, with some patients also trying a special insulin-suppressing diet. Your health and tumor size will be closely monitored through regular check-ups and imaging scans.

The study is currently recruiting participants at multiple locations, including sites in California and Florida. Your care team can help you figure out if a location is convenient for you.
