You may be eligible if you have HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer with a confirmed BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 gene mutation. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have had no more than two previous types of intensive chemotherapy for their cancer.
Participants will receive a combination of these two drugs to see how well they work together against cancer cells and how the body handles them. Your medical team will monitor you closely for any side effects and track how your cancer responds to the treatment.
