A Phase 1/1b, Open-label, Multicenter, Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of KQB198 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Anti-cancer Agents in Participants With Advanced Solid Malignancies

This study is testing a new experimental drug called KQB198 to see how well it treats advanced solid tumors, either on its own or with other cancer therapies. Its main goal is to find the safest dose and to see if the treatment can help shrink tumors in patients who have run out of standard treatment options.

This trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors—specifically those with certain genetic changes—who have seen their cancer grow or spread despite previous treatments. It is primarily focused on patients with specific types of non-small cell lung cancer.

Participants will take the study drug daily, either by itself or alongside another cancer medication. You will need to visit the clinic frequently at the start of the study for monitoring, with check-ups becoming less frequent over time.

The study is currently recruiting new participants at medical centers in Denver, Colorado, and Orlando and Sarasota, Florida. Your doctor can help you determine if one of these locations is a good fit for you.
