This study is testing a new experimental drug, EIS-12656, for patients with advanced solid tumors that have trouble repairing their own DNA. Researchers want to see if this new drug, either alone or paired with other existing cancer therapies, can safely help shrink or stop the growth of these tumors.
You may be eligible if you have a solid tumor that has spread or returned despite previous treatments and has specific genetic DNA repair issues. Your overall health, including your heart and organ function, must also be stable enough to handle the study treatments.
Participants will receive the study medication and undergo regular health checks, such as imaging scans, to see how the tumor responds. The study is divided into two parts: one to find the safest dose and another to see how well that dose works for more people.
