A Randomized Phase II, Double-blind, Multicenter Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Autogene Cevumeran Plus Nivolumab Versus Nivolumab as Adjuvant Therapy in Patients With High-risk Muscle-invasive Urothelial Carcinoma

This study is testing a personalized cancer vaccine combined with an immunotherapy drug to help prevent high-risk bladder or urinary tract cancer from returning after surgery. It aims to see if this combination is more effective than the standard immunotherapy treatment on its own.

You may be eligible if you have had surgery to remove muscle-invasive bladder or urinary tract cancer that hasn't spread elsewhere. Participants must have previously received chemotherapy or targeted therapy before their surgery.

Participants receive either a combination of a cancer vaccine and an immunotherapy drug or just the immunotherapy drug alone. The medical team will closely monitor your health and safety throughout the process to ensure you are doing well.

The study currently has locations in New Jersey, including Basking Ridge, Middletown, and Montvale. The study is active but is no longer recruiting new participants, as it is currently focused on providing ongoing care and safety for those already enrolled.
