Phase II Trial of Tipifarnib and Naxitamab for Relapsed/Refractory Neuroblastoma

This clinical trial is testing a combination of two medications, a pill called tipifarnib and an antibody liquid called naxitamab, to see how well they work against a childhood cancer called neuroblastoma. Researchers want to find out if this combination is safe and effective at stopping the cancer from returning or growing.

This study is for patients aged 21 or younger (and older than 12 months) who have been diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma that has returned or did not completely go away with standard treatments. Participants must also meet certain health and body size requirements.

Participants will take the tipifarnib medication as a pill by mouth and receive the naxitamab medication through an intravenous line, which is a liquid delivered slowly into a vein. Doctors will closely monitor safety, side effects, and how well the treatment fights the cancer.

This study is currently recruiting participants at various medical locations in the United States, including sites in Arkansas, Connecticut, and Florida.
