Beamion PANTUMOR-1: A Phase II, Multicentre, Multicohort, Open-label Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Oral Zongertinib (BI 1810631) for the Treatment of Selected HER2-mutated or Overexpressed/Amplified Solid Tumours

This study is testing a new oral medication called zongertinib to see if it can help patients with advanced solid tumors that have specific HER2 genetic changes. HER2 is a protein that can make cancer cells grow, and this medicine is designed to block that process to help stop the tumor.

This trial is for adults (18+) with advanced cancers where previous treatments haven't worked as well as hoped. You must have medical records confirming your tumor has specific HER2 gene changes or an excess of the HER2 protein.

Participants will take a daily dose of the study drug and visit their doctor regularly for check-ups. During these visits, doctors will monitor your overall health and use scans to see how your tumor is responding to the treatment.
