A Phase 1a/1b Study to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Preliminary Antitumor Activity of BGB-53038, a Pan-KRAS Inhibitor, as Monotherapy or in Combinations in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors With KRAS Mutations or Amplifications

This study is testing a new experimental drug called BGB-53038, which is designed to block a specific genetic growth signal called KRAS that helps cancer cells survive. Researchers want to see if this drug can safely shrink tumors, either on its own or when paired with other treatments that help the immune system fight cancer.

This study is for adults with advanced cancers—including specific types of lung, colon, rectal, stomach, or pancreatic cancer—that have tested positive for a KRAS mutation or gene amplification. You must be able to perform daily activities comfortably and have a measurable tumor that can be monitored during the study.

Participants will receive the study medication and undergo regular health check-ups, blood tests, and imaging scans to track how the treatment affects their cancer.
