A Multicenter, Randomized, Controlled, Open-label, Phase III Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of YL201 Versus Topotecan Hydrochloride in Subjects With Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing a new medication called YL201 to see if it works better and is safer than a standard chemotherapy drug called topotecan. It focuses on helping people with a fast-growing type of lung cancer that has returned after previous treatments.

You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 75 years old, have a confirmed diagnosis of small cell lung cancer, and can still do your normal daily activities. There are some rules about past treatments and other health conditions, which the study team will review with you.

If you take part, you will be randomly placed into one of two groups to receive either the new study medication YL201 or the standard chemotherapy drug. The doctors will closely monitor your health, how your body responds to the treatment, and any side effects.

This study is taking place in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. While the study is currently ongoing, it is active but not actively looking for new participants at this moment.
