A Phase 1/2, Open-label, Multicenter, FIH Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, PK and Anti-tumor Activity of YH42946 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors With HER2 Aberration and EGFR Exon 20 Insertion

This study is testing a new experimental drug called YH42946 for people with solid tumors that have specific genetic changes known as HER2 or EGFR mutations. The goal is to see if this new treatment is safe and effective at fighting cancer when standard treatments haven't worked.

You may be eligible if you have a solid tumor or lung cancer with these specific genetic markers and have already tried standard treatments. You must also be active enough to perform daily tasks and be generally healthy in terms of heart function.

Participants will receive the study medication and undergo regular check-ups so researchers can monitor how your body reacts to the drug and how the tumor responds. You will also need to provide a tissue sample to confirm your cancer’s genetic markers.
