A Phase I/II Dose-Escalation and Expansion Study Evaluating the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Activity of GDC-7035 as a Single Agent and in Combination With Other Anti-Cancer Therapies in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With a KRAS G12D Mutation

This study is testing a new experimental drug called GDC-7035 to see how safely it treats advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change known as a KRAS G12D mutation. By targeting this mutation, researchers hope to find a more effective way to stop the growth of these specific types of cancer.

You may be able to join if you have an advanced or spreading solid tumor that has tested positive for the KRAS G12D mutation. Participants must also be in general good health regarding their heart and liver function and able to absorb oral medications.

As this is an early-stage study, doctors will carefully monitor you to see how your body reacts to the new drug and find the best dose to use. You will receive the medication either alone or in combination with other existing treatments while having your health and the tumor's response closely tracked.

This study is currently recruiting patients at research centers in La Jolla, California; Denver, Colorado; and New Haven, Connecticut. Being an interventional study, it is designed to test how well this new treatment works in a real-world setting.
