A Phase 3 Randomized Double-blind Study of Adjuvant Pembrolizumab With or Without V940 in Participants With Resectable Stage II to IIIB (N2) NSCLC Not Achieving pCR After Receiving Neoadjuvant Pembrolizumab With Platinum-based Doublet Chemotherapy (INTerpath-009)

This study is looking at a new way to help prevent lung cancer from returning after surgery. It tests if adding a custom immune-boosting medicine called intismeran autogene to standard pembrolizumab treatment is more effective than using pembrolizumab alone.

You may be eligible if you have stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that did not completely disappear after your pre-surgery treatment and has been surgically removed. Participants must be generally active and have certain tumor profiles that do not require other specific targeted therapies.

After your surgery, you will be randomly assigned to receive either the study medicine plus pembrolizumab or a placebo plus pembrolizumab. You will receive these treatments as scheduled by your medical team and will have regular follow-up visits to monitor your health and recovery.

This study is currently recruiting volunteers at locations in Gilbert, Arizona; Tucson, Arizona; and Fullerton, California. Please talk to your oncologist to see if these sites are convenient for your care.
