A Phase 1a/1b Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of BBO-10203 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors (The BREAKER-101 Study)

This study is testing a new experimental cancer drug called BBO-10203 to see if it is safe and effective for people with advanced solid tumors. It is a 'first-in-human' study, meaning it is the very first time this treatment is being given to people to see how their bodies react to it.

This trial is for adults with specific types of advanced cancer, such as breast, lung, or colorectal cancer, that have spread. Participants must be generally active, have stable heart function, and have tumors that can be measured by medical scans.

You will receive the new medication, either on its own or alongside other standard cancer treatments, while doctors closely monitor your health. They will check your blood and use imaging scans to see how your body processes the drug and how your cancer responds.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Duarte, Los Angeles, and San Diego, California. You should talk to your oncologist to see if your specific tumor characteristics match what this study is looking for.
