A Phase 1B, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of the Safety and Efficacy of CHS-114 in Combination With Toripalimab With or Without Other Treatments in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors (TREGCHECK 102)

This study is testing a new combination of treatments to see how well they fight advanced stomach or esophageal cancers. Researchers hope these drugs will help your immune system work better to target and shrink tumors that have spread.

This study is for adults with specific types of stomach or esophageal cancer that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. You may be eligible if your cancer has continued to grow after your first round of standard chemotherapy.

You will receive a combination of an experimental drug called CHS-114 and an immunotherapy medication called toripalimab, sometimes alongside standard chemotherapy. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups, scans, and provide small samples of your tumor tissue so doctors can monitor how you are doing.

This study is currently recruiting new participants at medical centers in Tucson, Arizona; Duarte, California; and Aurora, Colorado. Please speak with your oncologist to see if one of these locations is a good fit for you.
