A Phase 2b, Open-Label, Two-cohort Study of Subcutaneous Amivantamab in Combination With Lazertinib as First-Line Treatment, or Subcutaneous Amivantamab in Combination With Platinum-Based Chemotherapy as Second-line Treatment, for Common EGFR-Mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing two different medication combinations to see how well they shrink or control common types of non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to find effective treatment options for patients whose cancer has specific genetic changes known as EGFR mutations.

This trial is for adults with advanced lung cancer that has tested positive for specific EGFR genetic markers. Participants must be active enough to carry out daily tasks and have recovered from the side effects of any previous cancer treatments.

You will receive either a combination of targeted therapy medications or a mix of targeted therapy and chemotherapy drugs. Doctors will monitor you closely with regular scans and check-ups to see how the treatments are working and to track your overall health.

This study is currently recruiting volunteers at medical centers in Daphne and Huntsville, Alabama, as well as Goodyear, Arizona. Because this is a clinical trial, you would need to visit these specific locations for your study-related care.
