A First-In-Human (FIH) Phase I/II Open-label, Multicentre, Dose Escalation and Expansion Trial of VERT-002 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Including Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Harboring Mesenchymal-Epithelial Transition (MET) Alterations

This study is testing a new experimental drug called VERT-002 to see if it is safe and effective for patients with solid tumors. It focuses on cancers that have a specific genetic change in the MET gene, which helps doctors target the cancer more precisely.

You may be eligible if you have an advanced solid tumor or non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments. You must also have specific MET gene changes that have been confirmed by lab testing.

Participants will receive the experimental medication VERT-002 under close medical supervision to determine the safest and most effective dose. You will have regular check-ups with the research team to monitor your health and how the cancer responds to the treatment.
