A Phase 2, Open-label, Multicenter Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Zanidatamab for the Treatment of Participants With Previously Treated HER2-expressing Solid Tumors (DiscovHER PAN-206)

This study is testing a new medication called zanidatamab to see how well it treats various types of advanced cancers that have high levels of a protein called HER2. The goal is to see if this targeted therapy can help stop or slow down cancer growth when other standard treatments haven't worked.

You may be eligible if you are 18 or older and have an advanced solid tumor that has tested positive for high levels of the HER2 protein. You must have already tried at least one other treatment for your cancer, and you will need to provide a recent tissue sample for testing.

Participants will receive zanidatamab, which is designed to specifically find and attack cancer cells that have extra HER2 proteins. During the study, your medical team will closely monitor your health, perform regular imaging scans, and check for any side effects to ensure your safety.

The study is currently recruiting patients at locations in Prescott, Arizona; Littleton, Colorado; and Fort Myers, Florida. Please speak with your doctor to see if one of these centers is a good fit for you.
