A Phase 1/2, First-in-Human Study On ODM-212 In Subjects With Selected Advanced Solid Tumours

This study is testing a new experimental medicine called ODM-212 to see how well it works against advanced solid tumors. The goal is to find a safe dose of this medication and determine if it can help stop or slow down tumor growth in patients who have limited treatment options.

This study is open to adults 18 and older with advanced or spreading solid tumors, such as cancers of the bile ducts, blood vessels, or the lining of the lungs and abdomen. You must be in a position where standard treatments have not been successful, and you must meet specific health criteria regarding past treatments and medical history.

As a participant, you will receive the experimental drug ODM-212 under close medical supervision to track how your body reacts to it. The team will monitor you regularly through check-ups and tests to ensure your safety while studying how the medication affects your cancer.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Los Angeles and Orange, California, as well as St. Louis, Missouri. It is an ongoing, first-in-human clinical trial.
