A Phase II, Open-label, Multicenter, Master Protocol to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Novel Study Interventions and Combinations in Participants With Colorectal Cancer (CANTOR)

This study is looking for new and better ways to treat colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. By testing new drug combinations, researchers hope to find more effective options to help patients fight their cancer.

This study is for adults who have been diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. You must be active enough to perform light daily tasks and have a tumor that can be measured on scans.

You will receive specific treatments involving immunotherapy or chemotherapy drugs designed to target cancer cells. Throughout the study, you will have regular visits with the medical team to monitor your health and see how your body responds to the treatment.

This study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Scottsdale, Arizona; Los Angeles, California; and Washington, D.C. You can talk to your doctor to see if one of these locations is convenient for you.
