This study is testing a new experimental immunotherapy called DOC1021 alongside standard treatments for adults with a fast-growing brain tumor called glioblastoma. Researchers want to see if adding this special immune treatment helps people live longer and is safe to use.
You may be able to join if you are 18 or older, newly diagnosed with a type of glioblastoma that can be safely removed by surgery, and willing to follow all study rules. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, tumors in specific brain areas, or severe health problems, mean you cannot participate.
Depending on your assigned group, you will receive standard care like surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, and some participants will also get special injections and a procedure to collect immune cells. Everyone will visit the clinic regularly for check-ups, blood tests, and brain scans to track your health.
The study is currently recruiting patients at locations in Gilbert, Arizona, and Duarte and Newport Beach, California. More sites may be available.
