A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, 12-Week Study (Part A) With a 40 Week Open-label Extension (Part B) Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Oral MM120 Compared to Placebo in the Treatment of Adults With Generalized Anxiety Disorder - Panorama

This study is testing a new oral medication called DT120 to see if it safely and effectively helps adults who suffer from constant, excessive worry and tension, known as generalized anxiety disorder. Researchers want to compare DT120 against a placebo, which is an inactive treatment that looks like real medicine, to see how well it works.

You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 74 years old, have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, and have a specific level of anxiety severity. However, people with certain other mental health conditions, a history of severe mental health issues in the family, current substance addiction, or severe unstable medical illnesses cannot participate.

During the first part of the study, you will be randomly given either the study medication or a placebo to take by mouth for 12 weeks. Afterward, there is an optional 40-week extension period where all participants have the chance to receive the actual study medication.

The study has locations in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Los Angeles, California, in the United States. Please note that this study is currently active but not actively recruiting new participants.
