A Phase 1/2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Antitumor Activity of TNG456 Monotherapy and in Combination With Abemaciclib in Patients With Solid Tumors With MTAP Loss
This study is testing a new experimental pill called TNG456 to see if it can safely slow down the growth of certain solid tumors. Researchers are testing this drug alone and in combination with another medicine called abemaciclib in patients whose tumors have a specific protein loss known as MTAP.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older and have a solid tumor that has been tested and confirmed to have an MTAP protein loss. Participants must have already tried other standard cancer treatments and be able to swallow pills.
You will take the study medication orally as directed by your doctor. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups, including blood tests and scans, to monitor your health and see how your tumor is responding to the treatment.
This study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as Irvine and Los Angeles, California. Please talk to your oncologist to see if these locations are right for you.
