An Open-label, Phase I/II First-in-human, Dose Escalation and Confirmation Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic, Pharmacodynamic and Anti-tumour Activity of IPN01195 as Single Agent in Adult Participants With Advanced Solid Tumours

This study is testing a new medication called IPN01195 to see how safe it is and how well it works against advanced solid tumors. It is designed to help researchers find the best dose to treat cancers that have not responded to standard therapies.

This trial is for adults 18 and older who have a measurable solid tumor that has spread. To qualify, you must have specific genetic changes in your cancer cells known as a 'MAPK pathway' mutation and be generally able to perform daily activities on your own.

Participants will receive the study drug and undergo regular check-ups, scans, and blood tests to monitor their health and how the tumor reacts to the treatment. Doctors will closely watch for any side effects to ensure your safety throughout the process.
