A Phase 2 Open-label Randomized Study of V940 in Combination With BCG Versus BCG Monotherapy in Participants With High-risk Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (INTerpath-011)

What is this study?

This study is testing a new personalized cancer vaccine combined with standard immunotherapy (BCG) to treat high-risk bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the bladder muscle. Researchers want to see if this combination works better than standard treatment alone at preventing the cancer from coming back or getting worse.

Who can participate?

You may be eligible if you recently had surgery to remove high-risk bladder tumors that are still limited to the bladder lining. Participants must either be new to BCG treatment or have been cancer-free for at least two years since their last round of BCG.

What will happen?

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard BCG treatment or the combination of BCG and the new vaccine, V940. The vaccine is personalized, meaning it is created specifically for your own cells to help your immune system better identify and fight your cancer.
